CSCS Black Manager Card

The CSCS Black Manager Card is a high-level certification under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme for professionals working in managerial roles within the UK construction industry. It confirms that the holder has the advanced skills, knowledge, and experience required to manage construction projects and teams effectively.

To qualify, applicants must hold a Level 6 or 7 qualification in construction management (such as NVQ/SVQ) and pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environment (Managers and Professionals) Test. The card is valid for 5 years and is widely recognised by employers as proof of management-level competence.
