At Construct Pass Ltd, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. CITB Test

• Cancellation requests must be made:

  • At least 72 working hours’ notice via phone, or

  • At least 4 working days’ notice via email before the scheduled test

• A £20 non-refundable administrative fee will apply

• Rescheduling is free if requested within the above notice period

• No cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds will be permitted if notice is less than 72 working hours

• No refunds will be issued in case of non-attendance (no-show) under any circumstances

  • Customers may re-book the test, and standard fees will apply

2. CSCS Card

• Once submitted, CSCS or partner scheme card applications cannot be cancelled or refunded

• A refund of £36 is available only if:

  • The card is not submitted due to missing required documents (e.g., valid photo) within 90 days

• A full refund will be issued if:

  • We are unable to submit your application within 15 working days after receiving complete documentation

3. Online / Offline Courses

For Individual (Consumer) Customers:

• Cancellation must be requested at least 10 working days before the course start date

• Refund will be issued minus £100 + VAT administrative fee

• Course materials must not be accessed

For Business Customers:

• Cancellation must be requested at least 21 working days before the course start date

• Refund will be issued minus £100 + VAT administrative fee

General Conditions:

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance

• Re-attendance requires payment of the full course fee

• Cancellations within 21 working days of the course start date are non-refundable

• Replacement of a participant is allowed with a £100 + VAT administration fee

eLearning Courses (Level 1 Award Labourer):

• No refunds will be issued if:

  • You have logged into your account, or

  • You have started the course modules

4. NVQ (National Vocational Qualification)

• If cancelled before registration, a refund will be issued minus a £225 non-refundable administrative fee

• Once registered with the awarding body, no refunds will be provided

• In exceptional circumstances (such as illness or bereavement), partial refunds or deferrals may be considered

  • Valid supporting documentation will be required

• No refunds will be issued if the course is not completed due to:

  • Non-attendance

  • Incomplete submissions

  • Personal circumstances

5. Important Note

• Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the original amount paid for any product or service purchased via our website or over the phone
