By accessing our platform or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Introduction

Construct Pass Ltd provides training, booking, and support services related to construction certifications and qualifications. These Terms outline the rules and obligations governing your use of our platform and services.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to act responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

• Use our content or services for commercial purposes without prior written consent

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. Customer Booking Policy

We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable booking experience. Please review the following carefully before purchasing any service.

a. Services Included

Our service fees include:

• Official CITB test / CSCS card costs along with our administration and booking services

• End-to-end support including scheduling, reminders, customer assistance, and documentation handling

• The convenience of managing the entire process on your behalf

b. CITB Test Booking

• Booking confirmation is sent within 2 hours during working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next working day

• Test dates are subject to availability at official CITB test centres

• Valid identification is required as per CITB guidelines

• While we strive to meet your preferred schedule, specific time slots cannot be guaranteed

• Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 4 working days’ notice; requests with shorter notice are non-refundable

• Cancellations made with at least 4 working hours’ notice may qualify for a partial refund in accordance with our refund policy

c. CSCS Card Submission

• Applications are processed once all required training, tests, and documentation are completed

• Standard processing time is 7–10 working days, subject to verification by awarding bodies

• Customers must ensure all personal details are accurate to avoid delays

• Once submitted, CSCS or partner scheme applications are non-cancellable and non-refundable

d. Classroom / Remote Course Booking

• Courses are scheduled for fixed dates and times

• Provisional confirmation is issued within 24–48 hours of booking

• Final confirmation is sent:

  • 2–3 working days prior for classroom courses

  • 24–48 hours prior for remote courses

• Remote training requires a stable internet connection and a suitable device (Windows PC or laptop with webcam, microphone, and speakers)

• Valid photo identification is mandatory for attendance

e. NVQ Booking

• NVQ assessments are arranged in coordination with the customer

• Accurate employment and worksite details must be provided

• Completion timelines vary based on evidence submission and assessor availability

• Once registered with the awarding body, fees are non-refundable

• Cancellations prior to registration may qualify for a refund, subject to a £225 non-refundable administrative fee

f. eLearning Courses

• Once the registration link is issued, 50% of the course fee is retained as an administrative charge in case of cancellation

• If the link has not been used, the course may be transferred to another eligible participant

• Once registration is completed or the course has begun, no refunds will be issued

• Customers are responsible for meeting all technical requirements, including device compatibility and internet connectivity

4. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made through approved and secure payment gateways

• Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy

• Applicable processing fees may be deducted

• Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to complete

5. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our platform, including course materials, graphics, videos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Construct Pass Ltd or its partners.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Construct Pass Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

8. Independent Service Disclaimer

Construct Pass Ltd operates as an independent booking and support service. We are not the official provider of CITB or CSCS services. All bookings are facilitated through accredited and authorized centres.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

Any outstanding obligations, including unpaid fees, will remain enforceable after termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
